Dove of Peace | A Grieving Granddaughter's Story

Posted on March 10, 2014 by Kim Orlandini | 0 Comments

I just have to share with you because I am so excited about this necklace. I think it will be the most meaningful gift I have given someone.

My grandfather passed away in May from cancer. When he was in the hospital, there was a moment when my mother was the only person in the room with him. He told her to look at a dove on the windowsill. She thought his morphine had kicked in and he was seeing things, but turned to look and saw a dove on the windowsill. It gave her such a sense of peace, she told everyone in our family about it.

When I saw this necklace after you posted it on Facebook, I knew it would be perfect for her.

I would also like to add, he was in that room for 4 days. There was a tree right outside his window. I watched out there every time I was at the hospital and never saw a single bird out that window, not even in the tree. We truly believe that dove was sent to give them peace.

Monarch Butterfly | A Grieving Daughter's Story

Thanks so much for making the butterfly charms

Butterflies have meant a lot to my siblings and me since my dad passed. Monarch butterflies especially have had a very special meaning to us as my dad loved them.

One followed our car as we entered the cemetery and literally followed us to his grave site...we watched it through the sunroof.

These pieces for my siblings and me are such a special reminder of our dad.

Jewelry to Help Bring Peace | A Birthmother's Story

Posted on February 28, 2014 by Lindsey Redfern | 0 Comments

I placed in an open adoption 5.5 years ago.

I then got married and had two kids of my own. I started to feel like I was losing my closeness to my birthdaughter.

I purchased two different custom necklaces (now all on the same chain) they were beautiful and better than expected. Now everyday when I wear it, I see my reminder of my birthdaughter and carry her name close to my heart.

The necklace brought me peace.

Love you guys!

A Charming Bouquet | A Bride's Story

Emily was such a beautiful bride!

And a creative one too. She picked out one of our Wax Seal Monogram Charms to add to her bouquet. While fresh flowers make difficult keepsakes, Sterling silver lasts forever.

It was her florist's idea. (Thank you, Rene's Fab Lab!) And her photographer, James McGhee captured it beautifully.

Emily, we wish you much joy (and jewelry!) as you enjoy your happily ever after!
